PaxVoice / COMPTA Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is defined by Compta – Equipamentos e Serviços de Informática, SA, a publicly-held company with the sole identification number of legal person and registration number 500069891, with headquarters at Alameda Fernão Lopes, nº 12, 11º piso, 1495-190 Algés, and is responsible for the processing of personal data provided to it in accordance with applicable legislation.

PaxVoice is a feature created and managed by Compta and is subject to the following privacy policy.

PaxVoice/Compta is fully committed to respect or privacy and the protection of personal data in general, as well as to the processing thereof in a responsible manner and in compliance with the applicable national legislation and the General Regulation of Data Protection (RGPD).

This Privacy Policy describes PaxVoice/Compta's general privacy policies and practices that apply to the personal data we collect, use and share with our customers, business partners, suppliers and other organizations with whom we have or may have a business relationship, for several purposes:

We collect your information when registering with PaxVoice through your Facebook account. When registering you are asked to provide basic Facebook information, including your name, photo, date of birth, and gender. In addition, we request access to your location.

b. Requests for information

When an owner contacts PaxVoice/Compta as part of a request for information, we collect the information necessary to respond to the request. For example, we collect the name of the holder and contact information, details of the request and agreement between the holder and PaxVoice/Compta to answer. We retain such information for administrative purposes, in defense of the rights of PaxVoice/Compta, and within the scope of the relationship with the owner. When a holder provides the name and contact information to register in the context of such a request, that registration may be used in the future to identify him when visiting our sites.

We use a secure server, which is designed to ensure your votes are kept confidential. PaxVoice/Compta does not retain personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including the security of processing in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (eg for audit or accounting purposes ), litigation regarding the treatment, and for the establishment, exercise or defense of lawsuits. As circumstances may vary according to context and services, other PaxVoice/Compta specific additional communications may provide more detailed information on the applicable retention terms in each case.
